Today…
December 17, 2007
My sister asked me to come with her to buy gifts, I said yeah because I have to buy my Godkids gifts too…I wish I was a fairy godmother just swish my wand and voila! gifts! xD Because I’ve never seen a broke fairy godmother yet!
Along the way My bro asked me to buy a book for his goddaughter who’s around 11 yrs. old I got her Stoneheart by Charlie Fletcher but I want to read it myself now…so we gonna buy her another book I think haha, and I bought Fragile Things by Neil Gaiman for myself.

so yey! new books to read
AND…
While I was on the road i took snapshots that I promised Red.
To Red: These are just the stuff I saw today. I’ll take more as soon as I can wander around the metro

Putting up the decos on streetlamps :’D

Traffic Jams worse this time of the year…and it’s already bad on normal days xD Right, red?

Just some random Christmas Lights we passed on our way home

Star Lanterns at the construction site of our subdivision’s Church

Kids carolling in front of my friends’ house. I forgot to turn off the flash, so the car’s windshield ruined it.
“PATAWAD PO!”
“PATAWAD PO!” is what we usually say when kids do the carols, Patawad means forgive me and po is attached to a sentence to show respect… so basically it means “sorry no money!” lol xD
Trivia:
One of the Filipino Christmas traditions is caroling, it’s when people sing Christmas songs in front of your homes to basically ask for money haha, either to fund something (mostly Church activities) or just basically earn money (mostly kids do this) xD These were done in other countries too… according to Mr. Wiki
” In England, and some other countries (e.g. Poland (kolÄ™dowanie), Romania (colinde) and Bulgaria (koledari)), there is a tradition of Christmas caroling (earlier known as wassailing), in which groups of singers travel from house to house, singing carols, for which they are often rewarded with stuff, money, mince pies, or a glass of an appropriate drink. Money collected in this way is now normally given to charity.”
Random images I took while on the way to the mall

See how close on the road they live =\

Not only clouds form shapes…even plants do. I see a mermaid reaching for the sky, or a green giraffe

No, this isn’t in Mexico. The sweeping lady with the umbrella was cool, I could have made this shot better…but we’re on the road we can’t slow down the traffic =\ and bro won’t stop just for me to snap random shots xD
